Diane Ingalls has been a licensed realtor with the Oregon Board of Realtors since 1990. Throughout her career Ms. Ingalls has developed a niche market in Portland’s older close in neighborhoods. Diane understands the desired architecture and sense of community within these neighborhoods that her clients long for.

Diane is a member of H.P.L.O. Historic Preservation League of Oregon, Oregon Historical Society and the Bosco Milligan Foundation.

Taking a personal interest in older homes and their respective owners has always been a passion of Diane’s and is the basis for her success as one of Portland’s leading agents. Consistent referral business in an otherwise inconsistent real estate market has kept Diane at the top of her class and has thus fueled her drive to create winning transactions for both parties. Ms. Ingalls has learned that people, not sales, are most important, that success is simply the result of bringing both people and homes together in harmony.

Jennifer Richardson - Licensed Assistant & Closing Coordinator

Jennifer assists Diane in creative marketing and office management, as well as a multitude of daily responsibilities that make for an efficient and consistent quality service we provide to our clients.

She is a native Portland resident and worked in a real estate office before becoming licensed in 2000.

When she's not busy with real estate, Jennifer likes spending time with her family, gardening, and traveling.
